Puppy Play Date

Christmas Eve, we traveled and spent the evening with Aaron’s family. His brother and sister-in-law brought their dog, too, so there were five dogs in the house for our girls to play with. As I’m sure you can imagine, I was worried about how Sammie would react to other dogs playing with her puppy, but I had no cause for concern. Everyone got along famously! Especially Emma and Millie.

It was absolutely adorable watching the two puppies play together – Millie is a month or two older than Emma and HAS to be the Energizer Bunny in disguise. She just keeps going and going and going…

Sammie, on the other hand, watched from the sidelines. I think there was a little too much commotion for her!

So glad to hear that Sammy is back to herself around other dogs. We wonder what really set her off on the neighbor dog…

We wonder the exact same thing… But we’re glad to know that she’s not overly protective of Emma!!

Oh my goodness – I’m sure it was! At least four of our five pups were small dogs…

Two Boston Terriers, one Cavapoo, one GSD, and one Doodleman Pinscher!! So much fun!

Bailey would love to join in. Our dog park is closed until May and very few dogs are outside to play with. Sadly, the minus thirty degrees Celcius seems to keep the majority of pooches inside – not Bailey though.
