Christmas with the Pups

Christmas morning we woke up, opened presents, and headed to my parents’ house.

By now, the girls are EXHAUSTED from romping with the pups in Aaron’s family. Not only did they sleep the whole way there, they also slept through most of Christmas day. I think Boomer was okay with that – he had played a bit with my grandma’s dog, Ginger, the day before (which was a first for her!) and seemed a bit tired as well.

The family was so surprised – they were amazed at how calm the pups were. We, on the other hand, were relieved. The next morning, though, it was game on again, and we had to tell the family that THIS was more normal than the calm dogs they saw the day before!

At least you know they aren’t sick!

They haven’t gotten car sick before, but there is a first for everything! And Sammie is notorious for finding things to eat that she shouldn’t (especially at my parents’ house!).

Snorts – we have to act ‘good’ in front of company. That way they ask about again – snorts and oinks. XOXO – Bacon
