Outside playing fetch, and Sammie HAS to use the “path” in the yard.
First of all, please excuse how dirty the faucet looks.
Now that we have that out of the way – Tubby is EXTREMELY curious about the water running out of said dirty faucet. He simply HAD to investigate: where did it come from? Where did it go? What did it taste like? Was it wet like other water he’s encountered? It is – but in a delightfully pleasant way, not like getting a bath!
I put the pups outside to play so I could vacuum the house in peace, and when I brought them back inside, Emma started limping! I checked her pad for cuts, I checked between her toes for acorns or other foreign objects, I flexed her toes and her ankle and her elbow, and could not for the life of me figure out what was wrong. So I filled up the bathtub with warm water, put in some epsom salt, and plopped her in.
She was not happy. Lucky for her, her brother came up to keep her company. It was so sweet, I had to take a picture!
And you know what? The soak seemed to do the trick. She was back to playing like nothing happened once her 10 minutes in the tub were up.
